DA BAR
Out of the mould our 800mm wide carbon handlebar is offered in 20mm, 27.5mm and 35mm rise options with a 5° up-sweep and a 8° back sweep. We inlay cut marks allowing for precision cutting from 800mm down to 740mm. Hand Laid in Kamloops, BC Canada.


DA STEM
Machined from a single billet of 7075 aerospace grade aluminum on our Haas VM mill, Da Stem takes 6 operations from a solid block to a raw stem before being anodized black to ensure a long-lasting product.

Da Stem comes in at a svelte weight of 80g for the 35mm and 88g for the 45mm option. Finished off with a set of 4 rolled thread titanium fasteners, this is one of the lightest and strongest stems on the market!


DA PACKAGE
All in the carbon bar and aluminum stem combo is 332g for the 35mm option and 340g for the 45mm option. One of the lightest DH rated combos out there.

Why Da Package

At We Are One, it is our philosophy that if we are going to bring anything to the market, we better damn make it. Nothing can be left to chance and we need to control the complete process. Both our stem & handlebar have been painstakingly engineered, tested and manufactured to the highest standards possible right here at our facility in Kamloops, BC, Canada. A 4-step QC process is performed on each and every handlebar that goes through production, guaranteeing consistency and integrity!

Da Package is our foray into the controls department. We thoroughly tested both Da Bar and Da Stem in-house on our own test equipment. Using our test rig, we also were able to achieve the ideal required stiffness for the best ride feel possible while maintaining a DH standard. Da Bar and Da Stem are no slouch, punching way above its weight class.

Tested together, and designed together, they come together and must stay together.

We have manufactured one of the world's lightest and strongest handlebar and stem combos. We designed a system to provide precise and optimal clamping force in order to solve an inherent issue with the common bar-stem interface. We discovered firsthand through fatigue testing that the connection between a regular stem and carbon bar can be hazardous. Irregular clamping force, low tolerance bar diameter, and harsh interactions between the bar and stem are the root causes of bar failure.

Our unique, yet simple design focuses on spreading the force through the whole area of the sleeve by maximizing the clamping surface area and through our patent pending location nipple. The carbon nipple ensures alignment is perfect and captures the sleeve so that it does not rotate. Da Bar has been designed to a 33mm diameter in order to drop the stiffness and allow for the sleeve to slide into the 35mm clamp diameter of Da Stem. A new way of thinking about 35mm.

Producing a lighter and more comfortable bar without compromising on strength meant creating a process that allows us to place Twill & UD carbon fibre pieces precisely where we need them to be, with zero fibre drift. This is no guessing game and our approach guarantees stiffness and strength in critical areas and creates less waste during the lay-up procedure. Our unique handlaid technique encourages us to push the boundaries of asymmetrical ride feel, with plenty of steering stiffness paired with loads of trail damping and vertical flex to combat rider fatigue.
