We Are One Return & Cancellation Policy

At We Are One Composites, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our mountain bikes and services. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. To facilitate a fair and efficient return process while maintaining the quality of our products and services, we have implemented a return policy that includes a restocking fee. This policy outlines the terms and condition associated with returning a mountain bike, wheelset or component, the applicable restocking fee.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  1. You may return a Mountain Bike or Wheelset or Component within 30 dayds from the date of purchase.

  2. The Product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  3. Any damage, signs of wear and tear, or alterations to the mountain bike may affect its eligibility for return.

  4. If your order has not shipped we can process a refund for a 4% cancellation fee.

2. Restocking fee:

  1. All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

  2. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, servicing, cleaning, and restocking the returned product.

  3. The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount issued for the returned product.

3. Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@weareone.bike or 250-828-9599 within the designated return period.

  2. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

  3. The product must be securely packaged for shipping to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

  5. You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to unsure the safe and timely arrival of a returned mountain bike, wheelset or component. 

4. Refund Process:

  1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return policy.

  2. If the returned product meets all the necessary criteria, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. 

  3. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. The refund amount will be the mountain bike, wheelset or component purchase price minus the application 20% restocking fee.

5. Exceptions:

  1. If the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective product, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  2. In case of product defects or damage during shipping, please refer to our warranty or damaged good policy for further instructions.
