This Limited run of 60 is available in a Desert Gold finish, which highlights our hand laid carbon work. The Arrival 170 is UDH compatible and can be configured as a mullet setup. It is specced with SRAM X0 Eagle Transmission drivetrain and RockShox Ultimate suspension.

In the age of excess and overstock, we are doing something different. We're releasing a limited run of 60 high spec Arrivals. You could call it a collector's run of the best bikes ever built or the last opportunity to get your hands on an Arrival this year. We've thoughtfully and purposefully specced the bike with our Convergence Wheels, and performance components. When these 60 are gone, they're gone. The production run is limited across all travel and size options because mass production is wasteful. We take blazing trails seriously and once again we're out in front, in new and exciting territory that many companies simply don't have the grit and determination to attempt.

Design Details


We believe that riders deserve the very best riding experience possible. What we knew before we started, was that the experience we craved and wanted for our riders, did not exist, so we built it.

The Arrival was created to blaze trails, break boundaries and redefine what was possible in North American manufacturing. It was a bold experiment, manufacturing a different way. Going against the industry defaults, the naysayers and the fearful. We Are One was not deterred… in fact, those who said it couldn’t be done fuelled us even more.

Driven by a desire to do things differently, we push through design challenges with grit and determination. Together, we were able to do what everyone else said was impossible. We made a rider’s bike, entirely from scratch in our factory in Kamloops BC. By designing and engineering every detail, we are able to control and improve this process every single day. We have the ability, skill and machinery to turn an idea and napkin sketch into a high performance enduro bike.

We imagine, design and machine our own aluminum molds to produce our hand-laid carbon products. Our layups are our own and we have the ability to test and develop them, improve them, change them incrementally with knowledge gained from every step of our proprietary process. By designing and developing in house, we have complete control and visibility into our entire process.

We did it and have proven that you can make an amazing, high end mountain bike completely in our Kamloops facility, from start to finish.


We have manufactured one of the world's lightest and strongest handlebar and stem combos. We designed a system to provide precise and optimal clamping force in order to solve an inherent issue with the common bar-stem interface. We discovered firsthand through fatigue testing that the connection between a regular stem and carbon bar can be hazardous. Irregular clamping force, low tolerance bar diameter, and harsh interactions between the bar and stem are the root causes of bar failure.

Our unique, yet simple design focuses on spreading the force through the whole area of the sleeve by maximizing the clamping surface area and through our patent pending location nipple. The carbon nipple ensures alignment is perfect and captures the sleeve so that it does not rotate. Da Bar has been designed to a 33mm diameter in order to drop the stiffness and allow for the sleeve to slide into the 35mm clamp diameter of Da Stem. A new way of thinking about 35mm.



Producing a lighter and more comfortable bar without compromising on strength meant creating a process that allows us to place Twill & UD carbon fibre pieces precisely where we need them to be, with zero fibre drift. This is no guessing game and our approach guarantees stiffness and strength in critical areas and creates less waste during the lay-up procedure. Our unique handlaid technique encourages us to push the boundaries of asymmetrical ride feel, with plenty of steering stiffness paired with loads of trail damping and vertical flex to combat rider fatigue.
