To facilitate a fair and efficient return process while maintaining the quality of our products and services, we have implemented a return policy that includes a restocking fee. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with returning a mountain bike, wheelset or component, the applicable restocking fee.
- 1. Eligibility for Returns:
- 1.1 You may return a Mountain Bike or Wheelset or Component within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- 1.2 The Product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- 1.3 Any damage, signs of wear and tear, or alterations to the mountain bike may affect its eligibility for return.
- 1.4 If your order has not shipped we can process a refund for a 4% cancellation fee.
- 2. Restocking Fee:
- 2.1 All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
- 2.2 The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, servicing, cleaning, and restocking the returned product.
- 2.3 The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount issued for the returned product.
- 3. Return Process:

- 3.2 Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.3 The product must be securely packaged for shipping to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.4 Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- 3.5 You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- 3.6 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of a returned mountain bike, wheelset or component.
- 4. Refund Process:
- 4.1 Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return policy.
- 4.2 If the returned product meets all the necessary criteria, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
- 4.3 The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- 4.4 The refund amount will be the mountain bike, wheelset or components purchase price minus the applicable 20% restocking fee.
- 5.1 If the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective product, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
- 5.2 In case of product defects or damage during shipping, please refer to our warranty or damaged goods policy for further instructions.
