We've produced a small, limited run of our carbon Bar & Stem! They're built using advanced materials and techniques no other manufacturer dares to invest in. The result? A stronger, lighter, and more responsive system.

Trail chatter is muted, but feedback remains, keeping your arms fresher, so you can ride harder, faster, and with more confidence. Our optimized Bar layup strategically places material where you need strength and removes it where you don’t—achieving what we feel is the perfect balance of stiffness, compliance, and weight savings.

We don’t follow the industry standard. Instead, we innovate to create the best carbon Bar & Stem System on the market.

Bar & Stem

We don’t follow industry standards—we redefine them. Unlike conventional carbon bars, our proprietary layup is built onto solid mandrels to eliminate weak points and inconsistencies. Our stems are machined from a single block of 7075 aerospace grade aluminum and comes stock with titanium fasteners.

Every fiber in our Bar is placed exactly where it needs to be, with no wrinkles, no guesswork—just a perfectly tuned ride feel that’s strong, responsive, and built to last. We don’t cut corners.

We’ve created a handlebar and stem system that’s stronger, lighter, and more comfortable, resisting damage better than standard unidirectional carbon designs.

Advanced Laminate Design

Unlike Any Other

After two years of R&D, we’ve developed an exclusive carbon layup using premium North American-sourced pre-preg materials—the kind offshore manufacturers can’t get. By refining our layup through nearly a dozen iterations, we’ve created a handlebar that’s stronger, lighter, and more comfortable, resisting damage better than standard unidirectional carbon designs.

Precision Material Placement

Calculated and exact fiber Orientation

We hand lay carbon exactly where it’s needed—reinforcing high-stress areas while optimizing flex where comfort matters. The result? Reduced arm fatigue, better control, and a ride that keeps you fresher for longer. Our precision layering ensures every bar feels the same—so you get consistency you can trust.

Symmetric Layup

Balanced and predictable
Unlike most handlebars that flex inconsistently, our Symmetrical Layup Method ensures identical left/right flex for a balanced, predictable ride feel. No surprises — just precise, responsive handling.

Unique Bar/Sleeve design

Protects carbon & evenly distributes camping force

We’ve reinvented the stem interface with a unique sleeve system that evenly distributes clamp force, reducing stress and increasing long-term durability. This means greater strength, reduced risk of damage, and total confidence on every ride.

Setting up your
Bar & Stem

With the Stem Spreader

1. Set Up the Spreader

First, remove the front clamp bolts from the side of the spreader and insert the spreader into the front of the stem.

Then, thread the two supplied bolts into the backside of the front clamp holes. Slowly wind in the two bolts, spreading the stem. Use only the supplied bolts as longer bolts may cause permanent damage to the stem.

2. Align the Stem

Once spread, slide the stem over the bar and into the desired position. Pro Tip, if you have your bar mounted to your bike during the process, you can used the notch in the spreader to align your bar/stem with the center of your tire!

After the stem is in place, remove the spreader bolts from the underside of the stem.

3. Fasten the Stem

Once centered on the 35mm clamp surface of the bar, reinstall the Titanium clamp bolts firmly tightening so the stem is in place. The machine markings on the stem can be used as roll indicator marks to further dial in your cockpit.

Lastly, torque the Titanium bolts to 5.5 Nm using a torque wrench.

This clamp spreading method has been confirmed to fit most 35mm clamp handlebars. We cannot guarantee compatibility to every handlebar, particularly bars with a rise over 35mm.
