Arrival, Bar & Stem Warranty

The Arrival, handlebars, and stems are no longer in production, but we have limited replacement stock and relationships in place to help support existing riders. Warranty claims will be reviewed individually, and where possible, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution.

SHIPPING

Shipping for any warranty will be at the cost of the customer, both to and/or from the We Are One facility. Those costs will be invoiced to the customer based on the shipping fees to their area.

Full bearing install for Front Hubs- $20 shop fee + cost of bearing kit

Full Bearing install for Rear Hub- $35 shop fee + cost of bearing kit
